after that go through the last door and pick up the last data cube and its gg.įor weapons, I suggest the primaries to be something that isn't full auto, because in the last scan you will be in such close proximity to each other that full auto can just make you damage your teammates if you can't control your fire. If you equip bioscan boosters, it will make the scan tick up faster. You should be able to get to 80% on the scan before the sentries start getting low on ammo. So split your sentries, same as before, and have them cover the two staircases facing towards the door. There are two ways to get down to the lower levels and these are the points your sentries need to be defending. The Sniper kills giants with one headshot, and bosses die exceptionally quickly. It has the highest single target damage in the game, with 40 damage per bullet. Then position sentries at the top facing towards the entrance of the Apex door. The Sniper in GTFO is the weapon you bring if you need something dead within seconds of pulling the trigger. Once you get to the Apex Door (The room with the final Data Cube and moving scan), loot the area and refill all tools and ammo. I suggest hugging the outside walls and clearing the outer scouts first then working your way in to the other scouts. You can use the C-Foam nades to freeze the scouts and melee kill them. This will give you access to the lockers within the room and plenty of C-Foam Grenades to deal with the scout room. For the room full of giants, just stealth past, or if you have the firepower (sniper and shotguns) you can just place sentries and unload, pull them into choke points where your sentries should be positioned. Use the Burst sentry in a position that is a medium range engagement and the sniper for a longer range engagement. It's usually one or two doors, so split you sentries into pairs (1 Auto + 1 Burst, 1 Auto + 1 Sniper).
Prisoners are able to choose their own main and special weapon at the loadout menu before dropping into expeditions. Stage your Auto sentries facing the areas the enemies will most likely come from. GTFO features a wide variety of weapons, such as pistols, revolvers, assault rifles, submachine guns, shotguns, light machine guns, designated marksman rifles, and more exotic weapons for specific situations. Ideally, this is for the final scan but it works well throughout the level.
2 Auto Sentries, 1 Burst Sentry, 1 Sniper Sentry. For Tools we used only sentry turrets, it made this level stupid easy. I did it last night with a friend and two bots.
